  1. Brand Introduction

HAOFA TOURBILLON, a brand under Huashi Group, is a professional Chinese tourbillon watch brand. Established and registered in Guangzhou by Guangzhou Huashi Watch Co., Ltd. in 1997, HAOFA TOURBILLON (hereinafter referred to as “Haofa Tourbillon”) is governed by relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. This Customer Service Warranty outlines the procedures for maintenance, repair, replacement, and return of Haofa Tourbillon watches.

  1. Warranty Card

When purchasing a Haofa Tourbillon watch, consumers should keep the warranty card properly. The three-year warranty service (including the repair service outlined in Section 4 and the maintenance service in Section 5) is provided upon presentation of a completed warranty card or shopping invoice. The warranty period is three years from the purchase date or the date of invoice issuance, whichever is earlier.

  1. Usage and Maintenance Instructions
  • Magnetic Fields: Avoid placing your watch near magnetic fields, which may come from devices such as hard drives, medical equipment, speakers, televisions, refrigerator doors, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and magnetic closures on bags and wallets.
  • Water Resistance: The watch is water-resistant for everyday use. Avoid exposing it to steam or water activities such as showering or swimming. The watch is suitable for daily activities like hand washing and face washing. Use a professional diving watch for swimming.
  • Screw-Down Crown: Ensure the crown is always screwed down to prevent moisture from entering the mechanical components.
  • Push-Down Crown: Ensure the crown is always pushed in to prevent moisture from entering the mechanical components.
  1. Warranty Repair Services
  • Free repair will be provided if it is confirmed by Haofa Tourbillon that there are defects such as detached embellishments (diamonds, markers, trademarks, or date frames) on the watch dial.
  • Free repair will be provided if it is confirmed by Haofa Tourbillon that defects in the case or strap caused by manufacturing or assembly defects render the watch unusable.
  • Free repair will be provided if the watch, when stored and used in normal conditions, experiences non-human-caused stoppage or inaccuracies (exceeding national industry standards). Deviations within national industry standards are considered normal. Watches affected by external factors such as vibrations or magnetism may show deviations exceeding national standards, but adjustments to return to normal standards are not considered performance faults and do not count as repair.
  1. Warranty Maintenance Services
  • Free adjustment or resizing of the watch strap is provided. Consumers should keep the remaining strap parts. When adding strap links, please provide the original links. Haofa Tourbillon is not responsible for any discomfort resulting from strap adjustments.
  • Free adjustment of the baseline position for multifunctional watches.
  1. Services Beyond Warranty
  • For paid repairs and maintenance services after the warranty period, the repair and maintenance content is covered for six months from the agreed date of pickup.
  1. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
  • Damage occurring after the warranty period has expired.
  • Damage caused by improper storage, use, or repair by the consumer.
  • Damage resulting from repairs conducted at non-authorized Haofa Tourbillon service points.
  • Damage due to fire, other natural disasters, or force majeure.
  • Inability to provide a completed warranty card and shopping invoice with the dealer's stamp.
  • Human-caused damage to external watch parts (case, glass, crown, strap, and external components).
  1. Handling of Out-of-Stock Parts
  • If repair parts are out of stock and the repair is not completed within 90 days from the date of submission, Haofa Tourbillon service points should note the repair status. The original point of purchase will provide a replacement with the same model or, if unavailable, a product of equivalent value.
  1. Mailing Costs During Warranty
  • During the warranty period, the consumer is responsible for mailing costs due to product faults. Outside the warranty period, all shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility, along with appropriate charges for parts.
  1. Unauthorized Sales
  • Watches purchased from unauthorized online sellers or non-official channels do not qualify for warranty services from Haofa Tourbillon or its authorized service points. Only purchases made through the official Haofa Tourbillon website (https://haofatourbillon.com/) are covered.
  1. Legal Basis
  • The repair cycles and testing standards outlined in this warranty are in accordance with national laws, regulations, and other normative documents. In case of conflicts with local laws and regulations, national laws and regulations shall prevail.
  1. Quality Dispute Resolution
  • In case of quality disputes, the final determination will be based on the evaluation results provided by Haofa Tourbillon or the national designated watch quality supervision and inspection department.
