Points Accumulation Rules

• Every $1 spent = 1 point.

• Historical orders (from official site, Amazon, AliExpress, etc.) can be included for points, subject to providing screenshots to customer service for verification.

• Points are generated after order completion (buyer signs for delivery) and can be used immediately.

Points Usage Rules

• 10 points = $1 discount.

• No need for whole number redemption (e.g., 17 points can be redeemed for a $1.70 discount).

• Usage method: Contact customer service → Customer service issues a one-time discount code → Code is applied directly to official site orders for deduction (https://haofatourbillon.com/).

• The discount usage cap is 20% of the total order amount.

• Points can only be used on the offical site; discounts are not applicable to other platforms, though points can still be accumulated.

Restrictions During Promotional Periods

• Points cannot be used for discounts during promotional periods.

• Spending during promotional periods will still generate points normally.

• Exclusive Benefit for Existing Members: If an existing member places an order during a promotional period, although points cannot be used, they will receive a matching pair of straps for the same model watch purchased in that order.

Simple Points Redemption Process

1. Members contact customer service to check points and remaining balance.

2. Members send their new order and points usage plan to customer service.

3. Customer service confirms the points usage complies with rules (discount not exceeding 20% of the order total, no conflict with promotions) and provides a discount code.

4. Members use the code to receive the discount and complete payment.

5. Goods are successfully signed for, and new points are earned.

Example Explanation

For instance, a customer has two historical orders totaling $1,580, generating 1,580 points, which can be redeemed for a $158 discount voucher. If they create a new order for $999 and choose to use all points, customer service will provide a dedicated code. After applying the discount, the order amount becomes $841 ($999 - $158 = $841). Upon successful delivery and sign-off of the new order, 841 new points will be generated.
