EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees incurred during the return process.

To initiate a return, please first contact us via email or WhatsApp to discuss and confirm the details, and then submit a Withdrawal Form on our website (only for EU customers).

Condition of Returned Goods

To qualify for a full refund, the watch must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, warranty cards, accessories, protective films, and complimentary items. The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and free from any signs of use.

If the protective films have been removed, the watch has been worn, sized, adjusted, scratched, damaged, altered, or otherwise used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the goods.

Where the returned watch is no longer suitable for resale as a new product due to its condition, a substantial deduction may be applied based on the actual loss in value.

Return Shipping Requirements & Risk

Once your withdrawal request has been approved, the customer must dispatch the returned parcel within 48 hours and provide the tracking number to our customer service team without delay.

The watch must be securely and properly packaged to ensure safe transportation. We strongly recommend using protective materials to avoid any damage during transit. We shall not be held responsible for any shipping damage. In such cases, the buyer shall bear full responsibility and compensate for the goods' full value.

Any customs clearance issues, parcel loss during transit, or any other circumstances resulting in the return shipment not reaching the sender shall be the responsibility of the buyer, who will bear the full associated loss.
